FAVORITE SCULLY MOMENT?

C'mon Gilly lovers, weigh in.

my fave- and there are so many ( I mean just staring at those beautiful lips is my favorite moment) is in "The End", when a TOTALLY PISSED Scully goes to visit the LGM to get the dirt on that lying skank, Diana Fowley. If there is any question Gillian Anderson is not the best actress in the history of Television, her acting in that scene puts it all to rest.

  • i always like the 'uncut scene'. you know the episode where mulder is missing in the bermuda triangle and she is on the phone and gets on and off the elevator like 3 times....it's all one continuous shot.

    gotta admire the girl for THAT take!
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    otherwise, one of my favorite moments is acutally in the movie, when mulder is JUST about to kiss her and she passes out!
  • In the killer-cockroach show, she asks Mulder that timeless question that has baffled womankind for ages: "Her name is BAMBI?" *G*
    The first time she really stands up to Skinner (who is, of course, actually on their side, but she doesn't know it yet) in Mulder's apartment, drawing down on him as he does so on her, in that great cliffhanger moment. She is just coldblooded, lethal, and terribly sexy.
    When she gets drunk with the Lone Gunmen in Vegas ... somebody please get this woman a comedy, she is a brilliant comic actress.
    As her Forties self, "Listen, you little WEASEL ..." - she looks fatal, and she perfectly captures that old-school moxie the actresses had in that period.
    In the movie, when she orders people to clear the federal building. "Pick up that phone, and MAKE IT HAPPEN." Priceless.
    As she realizes, to her astonishment, she's about to kiss "Mulder" before he bursts in the door, and she figures out she's been had by the shape-shifter guy. It's difficult to describe, but the play of different emotions on her face, without dialogue, is really startling in terms of how much of her range it reveals. She is *really* good.
